Please don’t be late. Better to arrive 5 – 10 minutes early to get the paperwork done (especially the first time).
If you are late, your appointment time may be shortened.

Upon arrival

Please park on my driveway, closer to one of its sides (see picture).
After that, please wait—I’ll meet you right away. If for any reason I don’t show up, just text me at 403-616-1601 with the word “Here” and I’ll come out to greet you.
You can also walk to the front door and ring the doorbell.

Take one more look at the picture—this is my clinic house. Make sure you spot the number “235” so you know you’re in the right place. Parking on the wrong driveway creates problems for me and my neighbors, so please be mindful when you arrive.

I will begin by asking you a few questions. Please feel comfortable sharing the reason for your visit and any concerns you may have.
Once you’re in the treatment room alone, please undress, lie face down on the table.
You can undress completely or leave your underwear on. It’s your choice. I will never expose you without your concern and will use special draping techniques unless you request otherwise.
Please notify me when you are on the table and prepare to begin your session.
At the end of the massage session, I will give you time to get dressed and then provide you with guidelines, exercises, and helpful tips.

You can:

Get comfortable and relax during your massage.
Sleep if you wish.
Speak up when needed—ask questions or share concerns about your massage.
Guide the massage session—adjust pressure, request changes, or give instructions.
End the massage at any time if you feel uncomfortable.

The most simple and convenient way to pay is Interac e-Transfer. I highly recommend using this secure service. If you are unfamiliar with this, please read the resources below.

I accept cash as well.

I also take most credit cards using the Square terminal (given their appetites, I have to increase the cost by 1-2 CAD in this case).

Insurance

I can directly bill some insurance companies, and all of them should accept claims from me. If you prefer to submit the claim yourself I will provide you with the necessary invoice, receipt and information for claiming.

Some Policy

Booking

I accept clients only by appointment made the day before (preferably no later than 6 hours). This allows me to prepare in advance and distribute visits without queuing.
There are several ways to book a massage. You can book by phone or by filling out the form on this website or book online. Choose the most suitable for you.
You don’t have to follow these rules at all. If you want to book a massage at the last minute (well, at least an hour), then just text me. But I don’t guarantee I’m available and it will work.

Cancellation and No-show

It’s great if you can cancel your visit no later than 6 hours in advance. For regular customers, I rarely use charging but I can forget about discounts.
I case you feel unwell, you can cancel your visit at any time without consequences.
If you miss your first appointment without notice, it raises concerns. When you don’t show up and don’t inform me, it results in lost income and prevents other clients from booking a massage.
While I understand that situations can vary, I may ask for advance payment if you wish to reschedule. You are always welcome at my massage clinic, and I appreciate your understanding.
